Pricing for 380 Convention Way
Hourly rate depends on group size. Bookings run a minimum of 4 hours, so the smallest booking is $220, plus a $100 cleaning fee.

* Outside food allowed, But please clean and put all your trash in the trash cans. * Please be mindful of other offices in the building, and don't speak loud in the hallways. * No smoking in the building. * We have great wifi and an outdoor area. *Small pets are ok. * If your meeting is taking longer than expected, please call the host at (650)759-8406. * Overtime is 1.5% of the regular rate. Overtime is based on 30 minutes increments. * Please allow setup time for yourself. If your zoon call starts at 9 am, book from 8:30am to allow enough time to settle in. * Thank you in advance for placing everything back the way you found it! * Please leave all your trash in trash bins when you leave. * Thank you for making Teamworks Executive suites your new office space!
