What is the minimum booking?

Most rooms have a four-hour minimum. Because of that, the smallest possible booking costs four times the hourly rate rather than the hourly rate itself.

How pricing works here

Rates rise with group size. Each room has a set of hourly rates by headcount, not one flat number. A 12-person booking costs more per hour than a 4-person booking in the same room.
There is a minimum booking. Most rooms are four hours. This is the figure most comparisons miss: an advertised hourly rate is not what the smallest booking costs.
A cleaning fee applies per booking. Set per room, charged once, covers the space being cleaned at the end of your session.
Add-ons are separate. Catering, conferencing cameras and projector screens are priced individually. See add-ons.
Payment is taken on confirmation. Immediately for Instant Book rooms, or once the host confirms for request bookings.

Cancellation and refunds

Rooms use one of four policies, and each room's is stated on its own page. Under Flexible, cancelling 7 or more days ahead is a full refund, 24 hours to 7 days is 50%, and inside 24 hours is non-refundable. Under Standard 30 Day, 30 or more days ahead is a full refund, 7 to 30 days is 50%, and inside 7 days is non-refundable. Very Flexible refunds in full up to 24 hours before; Standard 90 Day is 90 days and 30 days on the same pattern. Refunds are the stated percentage with nothing deducted. The FAQ has the full detail.
