Yes. Each room states its cancellation policy on its own page, and a refund is that share of what you paid, with nothing deducted. If the host cancels, you get a full refund. See the FAQ for each policy.
What if my meeting runs long?
Ask the host to extend, and if the room is free it's billed at the hourly rate. Time past your booking without extending is overtime, charged at time and a half in 30-minute increments, so it's worth booking a little longer than you think you need.
Can we bring our own lunch?
Yes, outside food and catering are allowed; please clear up and use the bins before you leave. Or add catering when you book and it's waiting in the room.
